1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using ThankQCircle (“the Platform,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Platform Mission
ThankQCircle is a social service employment platform that connects donors with recipients. Our mission is to create employment opportunities through community-driven donations. All items listed are given freely as donations.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or listing items, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Donations & Listings
All items listed on ThankQCircle are free donations. Users may list only items they genuinely wish to give away, and no payment or exchange of any kind may be requested or accepted in connection with a listing. Donors and recipients coordinate pickup or delivery directly with each other. The Platform facilitates these connections but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the condition of donated items or the conduct of users during a transaction.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; list items for sale, barter, or any form of compensation; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; or attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.
7. Rating System
Our rating system uses percentage-based tiers (1% increments) to ensure fair and granular feedback. Ratings reflect user reliability and community standing, and are generated from other users’ genuine experiences on the Platform.
8. Donation Levels
The Platform features 200 donation levels to recognize community contributors. Higher levels unlock additional Platform features and recognition badges. Levels and associated benefits may be adjusted from time to time to maintain a fair and sustainable rewards system.
9. Validation & Quality
We maintain a 2-3% validation rate to ensure service quality. Listings may be reviewed periodically to maintain Platform standards, and we may remove any listing or account that violates these Terms. Our target satisfaction rate is 90-95%.
10. Intellectual Property
The ThankQCircle name, logo, and Platform design are the property of ThankQCircle and may not be used without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
ThankQCircle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between users, loss or damage to donated items, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or Platform notification, and continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
