Yes. ThankQCircle is built on the spirit of giving: every item listed must be given away completely free of charge, and no money should ever change hands.

You decide who receives it. Open the item under My Donations, review everyone who asked, and pick the receiver. The item is then reserved for that person so nobody else can claim it while you arrange the handover.

Yes, in two ways. You can request a specific item you find while browsing, or post what you need using Ask for Help and let the community come to you. Either way you can follow progress under My Requests. Ask for help.

Once an item is reserved you can agree a pickup time and coordinate the details in chat. Always meet somewhere public and well-lit, and check the item before accepting it. See our safety guidelines.
